Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I was divorced 2 years ago. My ex was suppose to pay me $5000 of his retirement that he has since cashed out and supply me with a car. We agreed to no child support because one child was going to stay with him and one with me. He was to pay off all the credit cards and debt. He has only paid me $1000, has not paid anything, let the cars get repoed, I can't get the title to the car that I have because its being held a collateral for the cars he let get repossessed and the daughter that was suppose to stay with him ended up coming to live with me. He has not helped out at all with either child who are now 17 and 18. What are my options?
