help

i went to fed x and was hired to be a driver did the drug test passed did dmv back ground that was ok went in for all the paper work and a week later they call and tell me that my back ground check comes back with a class a mis from 10 years ago and now they tell me that i can not work for them

Try to file a petition to expunge/seal so employer cannot see your background.
