Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I found this statue online and need to know if this statue means I have five years from the time that I realized who had actualy molested me to bring a civil court case against this person. I remembered years ago that I had been molested and said nothing about it because I did not know who had molested me. It has just came through me investigating who the parties where that molested me as a child. All criminal statues that i have found time has ran out. This happened in the state of Illinois and that is where all parties reside. * Within 5 years the person discovers or through the use of reasonable diligence should discover that the act of childhood sexual abuse occurred and that the injury was caused by the childhood sexual abuse*
