Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I need a Lawyer that can help me. My son was outside and the neighbor came yelling at him in my driveway and threatening to break his jaw in my house. Is there anything I can do to him since he came in my house. This is the second time he came first time he came and grabeed my husband on his neck and threatened to kill him?

Sounds like a criminal matter to me. Call the police if he trespaases and commits a battery again.
