Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Can a libel suit be brought against a former spouse for statements made during a 604b evaluation?

Currently finishing divorce process. I do not dispute the results. However, several very damaging things were said and written to our 604b psychological evaluator about me. I am a public servant, and this is now a public document. I have plenty of evidence that the things said were false, and they were knowingly said in order to defame me

They are privileged. You should have entered a protective order which barred disclosure of the report., so that was not a public document.
