Posters for Sale

Is it possible to sell posters of public officials, or people in the media without approval from the person in the poster ???

Hello. I suggests that you get the written permission from the public official before you sell the posters. The law has changed and now there is case law which shows that public officials can retain their pictures and images like never before. For instance, the public official may have a book deal which then might entitle the publisher to sue those who sell the public official's poster without authorizatioj.
