I need to know how to get power of attorney over my two disabled son's

I need to know how do I get power of attorney over my two disabled sons or how do I get legal say over what is said or done in there life.

If your disabled sons are or soon will be eighteen years old, then you may need to file a petition for guardianship, asking that you be named the guardian of both the person and the estate of the child.

If your sons are disabled mentally, then you must get a guardianship, not a power of attorney, since they are not competent for that. Need more info, such as age and disability to really answer the question properly.
