Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
I have received a Civil Copyright Infringement summons from the US District Court Northern District of Illinois but I live in Jacksonville, FL. Can someone please point me in the right direction to have a Motion to Transfer to US District Court Middle District of Florida Jacksonville Division filed inexpensively?

Assuming that jurisdiction was proper in IL, you can't move it.
