Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

I signed a lease on an apt. for one year for a friend she skipped out only after 3 months i have a signed contract from the friend staeingthat she will pay the rent and if she brakes the lease she will pay all fees.

The landlord can enforce the lease against you, and you can enforce the private contract against your friend (i.e. sue her).

You will be held responsible for the original lease.

Then you may go after your freind for the damages you incur.

Assuming your question is regarding what is your recourse against your friend; the answer is that you can sue her for the damages you have incurred. That is the amount of the moneys you will have to pay under the lease you have signed with the landlord--because you are responsible for the payment of the rent for the entirety of the lease.
