How is interest figured in a small claims judgement? Is it compounded monthly, or weekly, or is it simple interest?

The interest is set by statute at a rate of 9% per annum starting from the date judgment has been entered.

The interest on all judgments of Illinois courts is 9% simple interest.

Interest is calculated on a per diem basis. It is straight interest.
