Sold a car to a friend
I sold my car to a friend, she is to pay 500.00 a month. the totaol price of the car was 5000.00. She is using the cas now, but she is 660.00 behind in her payments. the title is in my name only. is there anything i can do? can i go get my car back? i have the keys.

If you have never transfered title the you never really sold the car. However, do you or your friend have any documents showing that it was your intent to sell the car and it was your friend's intent to buy the car? Have you sat down with your friend and asked him/her for the car back or for the payments to be made current? I would would try this first since the only option you might have is to file suit against your friend.
