Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

well i wanted to find out if i had a case for sexual harrassment ,emotional distress , loss of wages ,pain and suffering ,and slander of my name .....i was put into jail on false charges because a police officer lied under oath to make a case the case was dismissed and all i got was a "we're sorry" i was put in to jail for 36 days and lost my place of living , my job , and my car ,also my dog.
