Hello. If you are an heir, you can contest the

will at anytime prior to the estate being closed.

This is a very involved process and usually has

to be resolved with a trial in the probate court. An heir of the decedent would be the only one who would have standing to contest a will. I will be happy to answer any additional questions that you might have.
