Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois

i had a breast implant deflate. i had them replaced. to get a refund from the manufacture i needed my medical files from orignal dr. they lost my file. what are the legal repercussions for this

You may want to pursue the Doctors office for damages resulting in your inability to receive a refund.
