Legal Question in Health Care Law in Illinois

dentist

In the last 18 months I did a lot of dental work.I have porcelain crowns but after few months one of them broke(breaking the remaining of my tooth),then after 6 months I realize that the very front one is cracked so I called the dentist again. He replaced the second crown BUT he worked on the crown next to it without my approval or at least telling me what he will do.I'm not happy with the work that he done .Can I make him responsible ?What are my rights?!

Hello. It appears that you may have a claim for medical malpractice. You have the right to file a lawsuit. This is very technical work and it is important that you bring your claim within the statute of limitations, or your claim will be barred. I will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
