Hello Good Morning !!!

My question is on the Green Cards for Family Members.

I have come to US on the H1B Visa. My sister is a green card holder in US. Do I have a possibility for applying green card.

Your sister must be a U.S. citizen before she can petition you, and even then, it is a very long wait. You would be better off having your H-1B employer sponsor you for Labor Certification & get your "greencard" that way.
