Legal Question in Immigration Law in Illinois

I will file N-400 after being permanent resident for 4 years and 9 month. But then I have to move after 3 month for a new Job to a new state. Given the processing times I think I would be have done the fingerprint and have my interview scheduled in Illinois before I move. Can I still come to Illinois for the interview even though I have moved to New York? How about for the oath? Do I have to ask my file to be moved to NY and then wait for 3 month to complete the rest of application?

If you move after you have filed the application, you are required to file form AR-11 for a change of address. USCIS is required to interview you where you are domiciled, so they would need to transfer the file to NY. It might be easier just to wait until you have moved to file.
