Legal Question in Insurance Law in Illinois

Hello, I have received a ticket for driving without insurance in which I need to attend the court. Actually I was driving my friend's car and it does not have any insurance, as he recently got it repaired to resell it. I cannot afford for fine and even for my license suspension, please help me what to do to avoid high fine and suspension.

The fact that your friend didn't have insurance is not a defense to the requirement that you yourself have insurance. I would advise that you discuss the case with an attorney in Belleville today.
