Legal Question in International Law in Illinois
language of contracts with international providers
Hello. We have a US based company and wants to enter into a service supplier relationship with a French citizen in France. He will be our IT consultant. Our non-disclosure contract is in English. Would this be a problem? Thanks,

That is ok, but it is to suggest that you consult an experienced international attorney who can make sure that you avoid CSIG and other general laws
