Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Illinois

Out of control Teenager

What can a parent do with a 15 year old that is out of control. She is disrespectful, physically challenging, steals from us and school, lies, etc.. She is not doing big stuff yet only because we have to keep such a tight rein. She has already cost us $400 in the last few months. She is adopted from DCFS. Can we have the state send her to bootcamp or a facility. She is definitely not mature enough for emancipation.

I do not think you are going to find your answers to your problems via the legal system. Sounds like you and your family need to get get professional counseling.
