Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois
Basically, I initially had to take a medical leave and subsquently resigned from a part time sales position from a store who had a mold problem, which I am highly allergic to. What can I do about this situation and my lost wages.

If you were sickened from the "mold" you may have a Workers Compensation claim.
You would need some proof that there was indeed "mold" in the store and as a consequence of the "mold" you were sick.
