Big mortgage comp. Out of business - last pay and benefits denied!!! Help info

I worked for a HUGE subprime lenders - Mortgage Lenders Network. The company went out of business in about 2 weeks...they put us on furlough and told us that on Jan 15th we'd find out if we were coming back. we were all fired. no last paycheck since Dec 31st - i was an Account Executive but made $2800 a month plus commissions. This has been stressful because I had just came back from Maternity leave and was treated unfairly when I asked ?'s regarding what was to happen to our jobs, benefits cuz I had just had a baby! I was reassured that I would at least be covered until Jan 31st and have just found out that all the claims sent to Cigna were denied regardless of the date (which were prior to Jan 31st). Also, I was never given any last pay from the days worked since our last paycheck on Dec 15th. I have had bad anxiety and a lot of stress due to my rent being so behind and bills from the hospital -- I just found out the others AE's have sued the CEO, Mitch Heffernan. Please help I need advice!!!!
