Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

My boss has created a hostile work environment for me she makes up rules that are only for me and everyone else doesnt have to follow them and they might change depending on what she wants at the time. What she really wants is for me to quit so she doesnt have to pay me unemployment. I need to no the best way to leave and not ruin my chances at unemployment I no it will be a fight but still am going to try.

Insufficient information but I would really suggest you call the Illinois Department of Labor and the US office of EEO and discuss the situation with someone first.
