Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

IL-MO Labor Law Compare

I'm trying to research what employment laws are different from Illinois to Missorui. For example, what breaks are employers required to offer to its workforce, in those two states?

To whom it may concern:

Your question is very general so I will try to answer it. I am familiar with Missouri law, and federal law, like the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Civil Rights Act (Race, sex and other forms of discriminaiton) apply to every state in the Union.
