Internal investigation and evidence

During a police internal investigation I was denied the right to view evidence in the form of a video tape being used against me. Consequently, I did not remember when asked questions relating to my observations of misconduct by a a partner. The department then accussed me of falsifying an official statement. Is this right? Don't I have the right to view evidence being used against me? Is there any recourse?

In my opinion your rights are being violated. You should have an opportunity to see and examine any and all evidence being used against you. Administrative hearings can be messy and confusing. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
