should i have a lawyer present when i have an interview with the police for some drugs that came up missing at my work? i am a RN and have been fighting an addiction with pain killers. they said they (medical office)wasnt goin to press charges but they (medical office) are going to call it a theft.

You absolutely should have counsel and you should not agree to an intervew until and unless you have counsel. I am sure there will be a regulatory action as well on your license. You should also have an attorney in that proceeding as well. Feel free to call us and discuss.
