I was recently informed that I would not receive over time pay until 50 hours. We were told that we were classified as truck drivers. I am an armed messenger on armored truck. Is this legal if there are 2 to 3 people on the truck and only 1 person is assigned to drive? Also our pay rate was changed 10 days prior to our notification of the change. I would also like to know if that was legal?
