Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Restrictive Covenant Agreement

If my current employer has a non-complete agreement in place with me, and it says that I can not solicit their customers within one year after termination and with in one mile. Does that simply mean that I can not contact their customers and work in that one mile? Or does it mean more? I can show you the actual agreement.

Re: Restrictive Covenant Agreement

We would need to see the agreement and get background on you and your employment with this company to determine what it provides and if it is enforceable. Kindly provide me with your contact info upon receipt of this e-mail so that we can discuss in greater detail.
