Does a "separation agreement and release in full" with wording of i have entered in freely,knowingly and voluntarily , mean i cannot file for unemployment?

Depends on what you are "freely,knowingly and voluntarily" doing. If it is quitting your job, that might mean you will not be eligible for unemployment, but you should have an attorney review the entire document to give you a valid opinion. Asking for an opinion based only a snippet of the agreement is like having a broken leg and only letting the doctor see your toes.
