Hi Team... I am from India.. who is working with USA based company. Our company CEO/Founder is an Greencard holder (who is an Indian). Since 2 years he is not paying salories to employes and emotionally he is blackmailing employes. around 200 employs are suffering. Many compliants were registered in India. Since 8 months, India company was closed and he is trying to open new company. How to preceed legally.. please guide me

Thank you for your question. What you likely have is a very large (group) claim for loss of wages and other damages. There are a number of laws in this State that protect workers who are not being paid or otherwise being mistreated by employers. Because he closed the one company and reopened another does not preclude you from seeking damages - especially when it can be shown that the new company is a offshoot of the first company.
