Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

I have been working for about 2 years at a surgical center downtown (operated by one owner about 15-20employees). Im 23yrs old female. Im under so much stress, this is my problem I have been working in a hostile environment for the quite some time now, and Im been harassed and discriminated against by another employee. I have brought this matter to my boss verbally and in writing and more than enough times and he has failed to act on this matter effectively. Instead she was promoted to supervisor and she became even worst. I was told that I couldnt speak my 1st language (Spanish), only English at work (the majority of patients are Spanish speaking only). She leaves me talking to myself, screams at me in front of staff members and patients. She follows me to the womans locker room and bashes me out, laughs at me, speaks down to me, gives me threatening looks, talks to another employee in their own language (Lithuanian). She has causing me emotional stress and the inability to do show my work at its best. And would sit there and wonder why my boss hasnt done anything well found out they have and intimate relationship. They have been spotted many times together. I havent found another job so I have no choice than to stay here. In these two years I havent received an employee handbook (I have asked for one, but never gives it to me), an employee review, nor a salary increase. Im being over worked, now Im doing the job of the three. Since the other two employees were able to find another job.

This environment is starting to affect my life outside my work place. Im starting to get depressed and I do not know what to do. Is their something I can do?
