Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
As a 21 year old college student in madison, if I were to personally rent a tent and put it in my backyard of my apartment building, hire security to check people's ids and pay for the alcohol that would be provided, what type of trouble would I get in if police came and found underage people there? There would be security hired (off-duty policemen) to legitimately check ids.
