Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Do I need an attorney or a legal eviction notice to remove my girlfriend from my home? She currently has been living with me 80%of the time due to we have a child together. The child is one years old and currently resides in the home I own.(She also has a 3 year old from a different partner) We have now departed ways and agreed she would leave after 30-60 days, she has not refused to leave and demands an eviction notice first. Does she have the right to remain in my home? She does not have or has ever had a lease and has never paid any of the bills. Our original agreement when she moved in was that she pay an approx. $$ amount to help with the bills. At no time has she paid anything towards the bills. Outside of obtaining an attorney for custody of my child would I need an attorney to get her out of the house?
