how many months behind do you have to be before they foreclose on your house i have a fha loan what is the proceedure thanks

Hello. In my opinion, you can expect forclosure papers when you get 3 months behind. You would be served with a summons and a foreclosure complaint. It has been my experience that these cases are filed in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
