Hello I want to get my girlfriend out of my house we are both on title but only my name is on the loans she has never worked to help me with bills she has been stealing $ from me and stole a money order I had to pay my morgage and she is hooked on pills I asked her to leave but she wont

Hello. You may have to offer to buy out her interest in the house since her name is on the title. This will be a very taxing matter for you to deal with. If she refuses your offer, it will be necessary to file a partition action in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. I am assuming that the property is in Cook County. You should have legal representation in this matter. A partition suit is a legal action where you requests that the court divide the property between two or more owners as in your situation.
