Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

My husband and I own a home. He wants his son to stay at our house on house arrest. I object. What can I do?

Legally he, as an owner, has the right to let someone into his house. Unless and until you obtain an order of a court otherwise, his son can come and live with you. Time to discuss a divorce
