Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I moved in my apt in less than a week and im pregnant and on my lease is only my name sd that on lease who ever my move in after 30days will rent increase to $50. my fiance comes and stays here and there but lived some where else. my landlord is accusing me that he heard from other people in building sd that 4 people live in my apt and handed me a un notarized letter of 10days to comply or to vacate what can i do im beeing harrased by my landlord off of he say she say???

send him a certified letter that you are in compliance. Get some proof from your boyfriend of his current address, such as a utility bill and enclose it.
