Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

the scenario in a nutshell: My mother, younger brother and I live in the same house. I have an older brother who used to live with us but he moved out in april 2015. My mother, brother and I kicked him out and now he is trying to come back and move in with us again. He no longer receives mail at this address and the locks on the doors have been changed, so he technically has no way of entry. i want to know if he still has legal grounds to move back in without our personal consent.

You say he moved out but then say he was kicked out. He MAY have a right to file what I call a "reverse forcible entry" case based on an unlawful eviction, but why would he want to move back in?
