Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I am wondering if because I signed a lease but have yet moved into the residence am I obligated to the lease or can I terminate it?

You signed it; therefore it could be a legally binding contract and yes, you could be obligated to it. Someone would have to review the lease to be absolutely certain. You don't even say whether the landlord signed off too..... We need more information to help.
