Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois

The administrative responsibility

I am a student at the city colleges of Chicago Kennedy King campus. Recently, it has been in the news about the loss of accreditation and subsequent closing of the registered nurses program. However, what has not been in the news is how long the administration knew of these occurrences, and allowed students to enroll in a program that they knew would not be accredited. The administration was admittedly aware of the incompetent instruction and gestapo intimdation techniques used by the faculty and instead of intervening they chose to leave us at mercy of vindictive instructors. No mercy was shown. Nearly every student who spoke out in ''secret'' meeting with the administration was failed and has essentially wasted 2 years of their lives not to mention thousands of private and federal dollars. I (quite possibly we) would like retribution for the deceit, tyranny and administrative ineptitude that I have been subjected to.
