Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois

I had photos taken of me over a year ago. The photographer has been selling my photos and I never agreed to that. I want the photos deleted so that he cant do this anymore. What can i do?

I would send him a demand letter. In that letter I would note that those pictures are not public domain and that you hold the copyright. This is all, of course, assuming you didnt sign something giving him the right to sell the pictures! Let me know if you have any further questions; [email protected]
