My question is that i got comcast cable three years ago , i recent called in to downgrade my service ,and was informed that the ssn attached to my account wasn't mine,am i leagally responable for that biil?

Hello. You are probably still legally responsible for the bill, assuming that your actual name is on the account. However, it is troubling that the social security number is not correct. I would ask the Comcast service department to send you a copy of the account information. If your name does not show, then, in my opinion, you have an argument that you should not be responsible for the bill. On the other hand, if you have been receiving uninterrupted service through Comcast, then you are responsible for payment of the services that you have received.
