Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

my daughter had sugery in May to have her Gallbladder removed. Since May she has been back in the hospital at the same hospital for proceeders because they keep finding gadstones. I took her back to the hospital, the same hospital because of the same systoms and they say they don't see anything wrong. I decided to take her to another hospital and the other hospital found a really bad infection in her stomache due to the sugerys from the other hospital and found gadstone and a piece of gallbladder still attache to the bile duct and it's producing gall stones. she's on medication to clear the infection so she can have another sugery at this different hospital so they can correct the problem. do you think I have a case??

Your daughter may have a case. You will need to have an attorney and physician review all of the records.
