Possibly. I will need to review your medical records in order to determine whether the doctors at the ER failed to follow the proper standard of care. You need to contact my office immediately so that we can arrange for the review of your records so as to determine whether or not you have a case.

You can call me on my cell phone (312)925-3500 or call my office tomorrow (866)827-2354 to make an appointment.

Please accept my condolences for your loss. I cannot imagine what you and your family have gone through. I wish I could provide you with an immediate answer, but I cannot. The best that I can tell you is that medical malpractice cannot be ruled out and that your loss should be fully investigated. All of your pregnancy records, the er records, the labor and delivery records need to be obtained and reviewed as well as all neonatal intensive care records and pediatrician records. Feel free to contact me if you would like to talk about all that is involved in pursuing a claim.
