Last night I had a prescription filled for my 11yr old daughter. They not only gave me the right medicane but there was a blood preasure medicane in the bottle as well. Do I have the grounds for a law suit

Yes, but only if your daughter took the wrong medicine and it damaged her. If you noticed it first, you have no claim. Demand a refund, and get the prescription refilled at another place.
