Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Illinois

I am having a problem with the billing department of a hospital ... the double and triple bill on some occasions ... they do bad billing to medicare and they often pay them twice, and then, they keep telling me i owe them for one particular bill that they have already been paid for twice. they refuse to answer me on that, plus, why a doctor put me through over a thousand dollars worth of test to diagnose what kind of arthritis i had when he had already diagnosed it a month before based on tests from my primary doctor. they refuse to answer any of my letters. is this a form of harrassment ... when they have already been paid and then keep billing me? they rebilled one of these for the third time a few weeks ago.because they forgot something - i got a b-12 shot a month and not twice were they ever billed at the same price - all over $50 - and on one occasions, they had the nerve to include a .35 cent injection fee! do i have any recourse with this group? i have no money to pay for the answer, but would be happy whatever monetarial fee you get if we should be able to sue them. i read your terms and this is submitted as a free question for that reason and i thank yu for the opportunity to submit this to you.
