Suing a dentist

i had 3 cavities filled on my right side and one of them hurt and had a sharp bit of filling between the one tooth that hurts and the one next to it soo i go to get my left side drilled and filled and they make one tooth too long soo i asked my mom if i should go back in and she said give the tooth a week not even a week later i was flosin and poped out my filling that hurt on my right side. and then i try to eat and it dosnt hurt as bad as it did with the filling but cold drink kills sooo i have to go back and i dont know what to tell the dentist because im soo angry with his work.. so could i sue. should i go some were different. should i go there one more time and say if u mess it up ill never come back or im going some were else and ur gonna pay the bill.

Cal lthe dentist and tell him that the filling popped back out and that the one tooth seemed too long. You should have called him within a day if it did not feel right.

I don't think you've reached the point of needing a lawyer. Call the dentist and tell him your concerns, he will probably try to help.
