Fraternization / Marriage Question - USMC E3 and E5

I am a USMC E3 and I have probably about a year till I pick up E4 (NCO). Is there any way that I can marry an E5 without getting charged with frat? I'm not so worried about me, but I don't want her to get busted down to E4 esp since she only has maybe six more months until she picks up E6.

This is a new one for me, as your ranks don't exceed two steps. Did you try to discuss this with your on-base Navy JAG office? If not, you can make an appointment to speak about this issue. If necessary, the JAG office can issue a chit to your command; you don't have to discuss the subject matter that you wish to discuss with the JAG. I suggest that you take your future bride with you....
