Legal Question in Military Law in Illinois
government
I recently failed a drug test for the government. My family knew before i did because of a superior who told them. Isnt there something i can do about this

It is not clear from your question whether this is a military or civilian situation, but you may have a claim for a violation of the Privacy Act against your superior. You should contact an attorney in your local area for more specific guidance about that.
