Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois
My brother and i on our way home from work on dec. 2 2010. We were stopped at a red light,there were several cars waiting in front of us. Suddenly we were hit from behind by a truck traveling in excess of 50 MPH, he never hit his brakes. It felt like an explosion in the cab, we were in shock for a few minutes after the impact. Witnesses came to our aid to see if we were alright, We waited for the police arrive, they made a full report. We went to the hospital for injures occured . We reported the accident to the insurance co. Now we need legal advice. We missed work Friday, and we don't feel physically able to work Monday.
